Refund policy
All items are made-to-order and printed on demand. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
We do accept return/refund requests for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items with print quality issues
- Wrong item received
To submit a claim, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue at vintelny@vintelny.com. We will work with you to provide a reprint or refund at no additional cost.
Please refer to our size guide on each product page before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
Refunds: If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
