  • Source of collection: collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor, Shopify.
  • Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what pages or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.

Order information

  • Purpose of collection: to fulfill our contract with you, including processing your payment, arranging shipping, providing invoices and order confirmations, communicating with you, screening orders for potential risk or fraud, and, where consistent with your preferences, providing information about our products or services.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor, Shopify, and with our print-on-demand fulfillment partner solely to produce and ship your order.
  • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (processed securely through Shopify; we do not store full card numbers), email address, and phone number.

Customer support information

  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and resolve order issues.
  • Source of collection: collected from you (e.g., when you email us).
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor, Shopify, and our fulfillment partner where needed to resolve your issue.
  • Personal Information collected: name, email address, order number, and the content of your communication with us.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, including:

  • Our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, solely to print and ship your order.
  • As required to comply with applicable laws, respond to a subpoena or other lawful request, or otherwise protect our rights.

Using Personal Information

We use your Personal Information to provide our services, including offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilling your order, providing customer support, and keeping you informed about new products, services, and offers (where you've opted in).

Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase it, subject to recordkeeping requirements under applicable law (such as tax and accounting rules). To request erasure, contact us at the email above.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. Our processor, Shopify, uses limited automated tools to help detect and prevent fraud, which does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. These tools include:

  • Temporary blocking of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions, persisting for a few hours.
  • Temporary blocking of payment cards associated with blocked IP addresses, persisting for a few days.

Your Rights (California Residents – CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what Personal Information we collect about you, to request deletion of that information, and to request correction of inaccurate information. International Visitors

ViNTELNY currently ships exclusively within the United States. If you are visiting our Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers (including Shopify) are located.
